- Final Police Music Fix DLL: Resolves custom audio loops during high-heat pursuits.
- Frosty Mod Manager Support: Compatible with Frosty v1.0.6.3+.
- Russian Localization Fix: Ensures cached language strings in nfs16.cache load properly.

3. TROUBLESHOOTING
-------------------------------------------------------------------
- If Frosty reuses an older deployment:
  Close the game and Frosty Mod Manager. Delete ModData\Default folder and relaunch.
- If Russian text is missing:
  Delete Caches\nfs16.cache and restart Frosty Mod Manager.
- DatapathFixPlugin is NOT required for this edition.
