Install Frosty Mod Manager
Download FrostyModManager.zip from the link above. Extract the complete archive to a new folder. Do not run the program from inside the ZIP file.

Use Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6.3. Download the official release archive and extract it before continuing.

Close Need for Speed, Frosty Mod Manager before installing.
Installation

Install the Patched Deployment DLL
Open the extracted Frosty Mod Manager folder. Back up its original FrostyModSupport.dll.
Copy the patched DLL supplied with NFP into the Mod Manager root and replace the existing file.

Install the Localization Plugin
Copy the supplied localization plugin into the Mod Manager Plugins folder and replace the existing copy.

Add and Apply NFP
Run FrostyModManager.exe. Click Add Mod(s) and select Mod\NFP.fbmod.
Select NFP in Available Mods and click Apply Mod(s). NFP must appear in the Applied Mods panel.

Launch the Game
Click Launch at the top of Frosty Mod Manager. Keep Mod Manager open while it prepares the pack and starts the game.

Open Steam Properties
Open the Steam Library. Right-click Need for Speed and select Properties.

Open Customization
Select Customization. Use Change to replace the Cover, Background, and Logo with files from Covers\.

Support Notes
If Frosty reuses an older deployment, close the game and Mod Manager, remove the generated ModData\Default folder, then launch again through Mod Manager.
If Russian text is missing after Russian game files were installed, close Frosty, remove its Caches\nfs16.cache, and reopen Mod Manager so the cache is rebuilt.
DatapathFixPlugin is not required for this Mod Manager installation.
